Transfers through BISERA:
Through payment system BISERA, the Bank's customers can order the following types of euro transfers:
Instant Sepa credit transfers
- Execution: 24*7*365 from current accounts in national currency, current accounts in foreign currency, savings accounts to bank accounts opened in Payment Service Provider participating in the Instant Programme of the National Card and Payment Scheme part of BORICA AD and Sepa Credit Inst scheme.
For outgoing instant euro transfers from foreign currency account, the FX rate of the Bank at the time of processing is applied. Initiation of outgoing instant euro payments is possible from the electronic channels of the Bank and at the bank’s offices. - Limits:
- single Sepa credit instant payment – up to 5 000 EUR
- daily limit – up to 5 000 EUR
Bulk payments in BGN (Payment orders for credit transfer and Payment orders to the budget accounts)
- Execution: from 0:00 to 20:00 on business days
- Payment Orders can be received at the Bank's offices - orders accepted by 4.30 p.m. are executed on the same business day. Orders accepted after 4:30 p.m. are executed on the next business day.
- Payment Orders can be received through remote banking channel - orders sent from 0:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on a business day shall be executed on the same business day. Orders accepted outside this interval shall be executed on the next business day
- Maximum amount:
- at the Bank's office – without limit
- through remote banking channels – EUR 10 000 000.00
Intra-bank transfers
They are ordered to another account in the Bank and processed according to the following schedule
- at the Bank's office - within the Bank's working hours for customers
- through remote banking channels - orders sent from 0:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on a bank business day shall be executed on the same business day. Orders accepted outside this interval shall be executed on the next business day
Fees and commissions
Fees and commissions are in accordance with the Bank's List for Terms and Conditions.
*When ordering an EUR transfer from a foreign currency account, the amount of the transfer shall be converted at the Bank's exchange rate applicable at the time when the transaction is executed.
