Annual interest rates

The interest rate on the loan starts at 10.50%

and depends on the insurable earnings of the applicants.

The annual interest rate is variable, based on 6-month EURIBOR for EUR plus a fixed margin. As of 01.01.2024, the applied value of 6-month EURIBOR is 0.2780.

Terms for Application

• The full amount of your monthly salary has to be transferred to a current account at BACB
• At least one transfer of monthly salary must be received on a current account at BACB

Repayment

• Principal – the utilized credit limit is automatally paid by all amounts received on the  current account
• Interest - monthly
