Annual interest rate

The interest rate on the loan starts at

and depends on the insurable earnings of the applicants, the salary transfer to a BACB account, the use of a credit card/opening IT'S ALL GOOD Deposit and the conclusion a SECURED Instalment Insurance.

The annual interest rate is variable, based on 6-month EURIBOR for EUR plus a fixed margin. As of 01.01.2024, the applied value of 6-month EURIBOR is 0.2780.

Revolving

Under certain conditions, upon the initial loan utilization, BACB allows subsequent multiple utilizations of the already repaid principal up to the original amount of the loan:

• Total number of revolving utilizations – up to 5 times throughout the Loan Agreement period 
• Request for a revolving utilization – upon expiration of 12 months since the last utilization (initial or subsequent)
• Revolving utilization amount – lower than or equal to the repaid principal amount, as of the date of the request
• New loan repayment period in case of revolving – equal to the original loan period

Fees and commissions

• NO application fee

• One-off solvency assessment and approval fee:
  - 0.50% of the loan amount (min 125 BGN) – for refinancing loans from other banks and financial institutions
   – 1.25% of the loan amount (min 125 BGN) – for a new loan

• Annual service fee for VISA Classic credit card - BGN 35 /when is applicable/
• NO early repayment charge
